amazing city stay!

spacious room perfect location helpful staff wide selection

i loved how spacious the standard twin room was! the location meant i could walk to almost everything i wanted. i found the staff really helpful with directions. i liked the wide selection at breakfast.

The shower temperature was a little tricky to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold!

the hotel's location was super convenient, with great access to everything. the emporium shopping mall and many shops were very close. chinatown, with its numerous asian food options, was just a short walk away.

I found the location ideal for getting around. It was very close to transport links. The hotel breakfast had good gluten-free choices, great for my needs. Staff members were always helpful and friendly.

The lift did break down a couple of times, which caused some minor delays.

fantastic location and clean rooms!

The location is superb. It's right in the middle of everything. i loved that shops and restaurants are only a minute away. chinatown and the theatre district are just a few minutes away too. Everything i needed for my short stay was super close.

The noise level was really high. It was one of the noisiest hotels i have ever experienced. the street noise was terrible. It seemed like i was sleeping outside.

This hotel sits in a prime spot between two main streets. five major shopping malls are around the hotel. David jones, myers, emporium, royal arcade, and the strand are nearby. chinatown and its authentic restaurants are within easy walking distance. It's awesome!!!

the room included all necessary amenities and had a comfortable bed. the rooms are serviced every few days, not a problem for me because getting extra supplies and towels was easy. the room was very clean!!!

The hotel is very close to the city center. Trams, shops, and restaurants are nearby. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful (they really made a difference). Car parking was also good value.

I noticed the rooms seem a bit tired.

excellent location friendly staff modern bathroom no refund incorrect advertising tiny room

the location were excellent and very accessible from the airport. the staff were friendly. the bathroom are modern and the shower was great. good water pressure are a plus.

no pool no other highlights pictures on post incorrect advertising walls are bubbles concrete like budget ibis rooms. i was totally disappointed in the room very squashed no cubboard door so was not pleasant to sleep with a cubboard hangers clothes looking at very tiny.
